By using the NGO Analytics website at https://ngoanalytics.com or either of our products — Grant Ops or Fiscal Sponsor OS — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the products.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your login.
• Keep your credentials secret and do not share your account with others who need their own login.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Grant Ops and Fiscal Sponsor OS are separate products with separate logins — the same company, not the same session. An account in one product does not grant access to the other, and signing in to one does not sign you in to the other.

• You own the data, documents, and other content you upload or create in the products.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the products — for example, backups and rendering the service for you.
• You confirm you have the rights to upload the content you provide, and that uploading it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or products for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the service in a way that harms it or other users.
• Upload malware or code designed to disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.

The site includes links to third-party websites, research citations, and job listings sourced from public feeds. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or practices. Listings and citations are provided for information only.

Grant Ops and Fiscal Sponsor OS may be in early access or waitlist, and features can change or be discontinued as the products evolve. We do not state any uptime guarantee as a contractual service-level agreement.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGO Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the site or products.

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing privacy@ngoanalytics.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where NGO Analytics operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
