GrantHub is gone. Here is your migration path.
Foundant retired GrantHub on 31 January 2026. This is a one-page checklist to get your grant operation off it cleanly — no vendor claims, just the steps.
Migration checklist
- 1
Export everything before you lose access
Pull every opportunity, deadline and award out of GrantHub as CSV while the account is still open.
- 2
Map your approval steps
Write down which reviews run sequentially and which run in parallel — that is the part spreadsheets lose first.
- 3
Inventory your proposal documents
List where narratives live (Google Drive, SharePoint) and who owns each one.
- 4
Write win/loss reason codes
Late, ineligible, weak outcomes, relationship, budget, politics. Apply them retroactively to last year's submissions.
- 5
Keep your donor CRM
Bloomerang, Neon or Salesforce stays where it is. A grant workflow tool is not a CRM replacement.
- 6

What we tell funders and boards
Same terms as the signed DPA and order form. See subprocessors.
- Customer content is not used to train NGO Analytics or any third-party model.
- No new AI vendor without updating /subprocessors.
- Optional LLM only under an API agreement that prohibits training and uses zero data retention where the vendor offers it.
- Consumer ChatGPT / Claude.ai are not subprocessors.
